Fourth D-8 BTM 2025 convenes at IIID with focus on advanced engineering and future medicine

The Fourth D-8 Technology Transfer and Exchange Network (BTM 2025) meeting was hosted at the (IIID) Iran International Innovation District, coinciding with the Sixth Mustafa Prize (PBUH) Week. The event gathered distinguished scientists, laureates, and technology leaders to explore opportunities in advanced engineering and next-generation medical sciences.
Representatives from Turkey, Pakistan, Niger, Malaysia, and Iran participated in the Fourth D-8 Business and Technology Meeting (BTM 2025) at IIID. Six Iranian technology companies showcased their innovations in advanced engineering and future medicine, engaging in discussions and collaborations with international experts.
The program featured a Reverse Pitch event to present technology challenges, Pitch Deck sessions for solution proposals, and B2B meetings aimed at fostering cross-border partnerships.
Participating Iranian companies included Ganj Nano Technologies (medical devices and equipment), Afzoon Tejarat Arya, Bartarsazan Sanaye Electronik Majid (electrical, electronic hardware, laser and photonics), Noavaran Fanavar Hourad (cybersecurity, ICT, and software), Riz Youn Exir Pars (advanced materials and chemical technologies), and Controlling Farayand Pasargad (oil and gas). These companies presented key achievements and explored cooperation pathways with foreign technology actors.
