4th Sadaf Empowerment Plan for Pardis Innovation District Kicks Off

The fourth round of Sadaf empowerment plan, especially for Pardis Innovation District started work aiming to motivate and empower university students and graduates and helping them play an effective role in the technology and innovation ecosystem and designing a professional future path based on the talents and characteristics of each person.

By participating in this plan, people first get to know their personal characteristics better, become aware of their talents and interests, and analyze their strengths and weaknesses.

Then, they will get familiar with various types of career and entrepreneurship.

People also attend skill-building workshops (including negotiation techniques, skills required in the labor market, communication, resume writing and job interview and business models).

Participants will also learn concept of commercialization and will take advantage of entrepreneurs’ experiences.
