The Acting Deputy of Technical Engineering of Pardis Technology Park announced the issuance of the first building permission for the technology companies located in the lands of phases 3 and 4 in cooperation with the Civil Deputy of Tehran Governorate and Pardis Municipality.

 According to the public relations of Pardis Technology Park, Hamid Kheradnia the Acting Deputy of Technical Engineering of Pardis announced this news and said:  the issue of repurposing the land use of Phase 3 and 4 of Pardis Technology Park has been high on the agenda for companies' activities since the last 2 years.  Also, researches were needed in order to implement the required physical development plans and achieve the designed requirements.

 He also noted: According to the statute of "scrutinizing the definitions and concepts of urban uses and determination of their per capita " that is approved by the Supreme Council of Urbanization and Architecture. This statute describes the establishment of "research, analysis, applied science and technology park centers that is in the use of "higher education “and research agriculture" and it is now permissible to issue a license which is in the form of legal standards.

 The adviser to the president of Pardis Technology Park declared: In order to use the land of phase 3 and 4, the entire land use was intended to be changed which needed required follow-ups from various institutions, including the water organization, department of environment, the road and urban development department, the municipality, Tehran governor and other institutions should be consulted.

 According to Kheradnia, serious perseverance has been taken to provide required inquiries for the propose of changing the use of the pardis park, which can be proposed in the Article 5 of provincial commission as the trustee of these issues.

 He added: With the efforts made at the end of the year 1400 and with the cooperation of the Civil Deputy of Tehran Governorate, the issue of changing the land use of the 3 and 4 phases of the PTP was placed on the commission's agenda, and finally the issue was approved.

The Acting Deputy of Technical Engineering of Pardis Technology Park continued: fortunately، the building permission was issued with the cooperation of the municipality in early 1401.

 Kheradania said: the decision to change the use of 8.5 hectares (21.003959 acres) of the purchased land was also approved, which was outside the scope of the comprehensive plan and lay within the boundaries of pardis city.

 He added: although we had the approval of the Provincial Planning Council and the Supreme Council of Architecture and Urban Development to confirm and approve these areas, the approval of the Article 5 Commission was also required to issue the permit and it was approved by the affirmative opinion of the members of the commission on both issues in the form of a meeting. Therefore, 51 hectares (126.023754 acres) of the park's development lands were approved for the use of education, research and technology.

 Issuance of construction permit is a significant step in the development of Pardis Technology Park

 The advisor to the president of Pardis Technology Park emphasized: the operation of technological companies in development phases situated in PTP was impracticable due to the lack of issuance of municipal licenses and relevant legal permits.

 He continued: This issue was becoming a major problem for the applicant companies, which was resolved with the continuous follow-up of the Pardis Technology Park.

the Vice President for Science and Technology, with cooperation of the relevant trustees, especially the Tehran Provincial Government and the roads and urban development office resolved this problem at the end of last year, by approving the zoning and land use of the development phases, and earlier of this year the first building permission of the companies was issued by the pardis Municipality.

 Kheradnia reiterated: Facilitating the business process of scientific companies in the form of adopting appropriate policies and removing all operational challenges is one of our goals in Pardis Technology Park.

 In the end, he emphasized: It is hoped that in the year when the supreme leader of the revolution named knowledge-based companies as the main supporter of the country's technology development, the challenges and obstacles facing these companies will be freed from depreciable bureaucracy and these obstacles should be removed by all those trustees for the development of the innovative ecosystem in the framework of adopting Optimal solutions.

 It should be noted that after the land of phases 1 and 2 was handed over to the technology companies and also The construction operations of the companies have completed and start their activities and new companies were welcomed to settle in the park, the development planning of phase 3 and phase 4 of the pardis park was put on the agenda so, 51 hectares of western land of Azad University were purchased and  a contract was signed for designing study and providing working drawing for preparation and creating the infrastructure facilities of the land immediately.

By providing financial resources which came from the land sales to technology companies, the executory operation contract was concluded with the contractor in 1398 and the executive operation enforced.

 Currently, the executive operations of the preparation and infrastructure facilities of the initial 21 hectares have been completed and handed over temporarily, and the executive operations of the additional 14 hectares has progressed 60%.  The fourth phase of the park has been assigned to the Khatam University complex, which the design planning is completed and started its operation since 1401.

Transferring of About 160,000 square meters of the total area of phase 3 of the park in the form of 129 plots of land have been allocated to technology companies and designing of 50 plots has been already completed.
