On the final day of INOTEX 2025, 10 innovative technological products were unveiled at the Pioneers Festival, showcasing advancements across energy, medical, agricultural, and software sectors.
    
On May 1, 2025, during the final day of the INOTEX 2025 exhibition in Tehran, 10 groundbreaking technological products were launched at the Pioneers Festival. The event was attended by prominent figures including Sajjad Ahadzadeh, Head of the Center for Transformation and Progress Collaboration, Reza Taghipour, Head of the AI Faction in Iran’s Parliament, Hossein Roozbeh, Head of the International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Organization, Dr. Amoozandeh, Deputy of Pasteur Institute of Iran, Mehdi Safari-Nia, President of Pardis Technology Park, and Ahmad Asgari, Investment Director of Pardis Park.

The unveiled products, representing Iran’s growing innovation capacity, are detailed below:

  1. TG75 Turbine Blades
    • Company: MAPNA Parto Turbine Blade Engineering & Manufacturing, established in 2000, a knowledge-based tech firm specializing in advanced machinery and equipment with over 170 distinct products.
    • Product: The TG75 MGT turbine, MAPNA’s first Class F turbine, features hot-section blades designed by Parto and Tuga using SX and DS casting methods. It employs Film Cooling and Fan Shape technologies for high-temperature cooling, with ceramic-coated blades for protection.
    • Applications: Power generation, energy, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.
  1. Super-Penetrating Concrete Sealant
    • Company: Zhikan Nanostructure Paint & Coating, founded in late 2020 as a Type 1 knowledge-based spin-off from the University of Tehran, pioneering in innovative paints and construction materials.
    • Product: A deep-penetrating sealant for cement and concrete, akin to Evercrete, reacts with concrete’s portlandite to waterproof and strengthen structures. It offers permanent protection against corrosive agents due to optimal density, low viscosity, and quick gel time.
    • Applications: Urban construction, water infrastructure, marine industries, and maintenance.
  1. Sesame Varieties Resistant to Seed Loss
    • Company: Shafa Bio-Based, a knowledge-based firm in biological and agricultural sciences, combining young specialists and experienced academics to advance agricultural solutions.
    • Product: Genetically modified sesame varieties named Barakat, Mohajer, Chamran, and Dezful, developed with Shahid Rajai Agro-Industry, prevent seed loss and enable mechanized harvesting with combine harvesters. All varieties are licensed for commercialization by the Ministry of Agriculture.
    • Applications: Agriculture and food industries.
  1. Single-Phase Induction Motor (IE4)
    • Company: Motorjam Alborz, established in 2006, initially focused on spare parts and water cooler motor refurbishment, later achieving the world’s first IE4 single-phase induction motor with Type 1 knowledge-based certification through R&D.
    • Product: The first globally recognized single-phase induction motor with IE4 energy efficiency rating, proving efficiency comparable to three-phase motors through a registered analytical method, significantly reducing energy consumption.
    • Applications: Water cooler motors, heating circulation pumps, single-phase industrial devices, and semi-industrial fans.
  1. Kamel Gold Software
    • Company: Kamel Pardaz Arman, founded in 2023, a tech firm at Pardis Technology Park and member of its Elite Incubation Center, specializing in store management software.
    • Product: Kamel Gold, a specialized management software for the gold and jewelry sector, includes a POS app and web-based store management panel with features like electronic gold certification.
    • Applications: Gold and jewelry industry.
  1. AnDClim Climate Software
    • Company: Caspian Climate Data Processors & Innovators, established in 2016 to analyze atmospheric and marine climate data, developing the knowledge-based AnDClim software.
    • Product: AnDClim, a web-based platform for analyzing and visualizing atmospheric, marine, climatic, and environmental data using global datasets. It offers time-series analysis, wind rose plotting, and regression models for comprehensive climate and marine studies, aiding crisis management and research.
    • Applications: Renewable energy, environment, climate, marine and port management, agriculture, and water resources.
  1. Water Wall Tube Inspection Device (MFL Method)
    • Company: MAPVA (Amirkabir Condition Monitoring Engineers), a knowledge-based firm providing specialized services and products in engineering and non-destructive testing (NDT).
    • Product: Iran’s first Water Wall Tube inspection device using Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) technology to detect corrosion-induced defects in boiler tubes, featuring color visualization of flaws, detection of 5mm diameter defects at 20% thickness reduction, WiFi/LAN data transfer, and long battery life.
    • Applications: Thermal and industrial power plants, technical inspection firms, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.
  1. NC Cardiovascular Balloon
    • Company: Mad Bio-Tech International, a knowledge-based firm founded in 2013, producing specialized medical equipment like angioplasty inflators, portable ventilators, and diagnostic kits.
    • Product: PTCA Dilatation Catheter Balloon (NC Cardiovascular Balloon), a rapid-exchange type compatible with thin guidewires, used to open narrowed coronary arteries. It includes a dual-lumen shaft for inflation and guidewire passage, with radiopaque markers for precise positioning.
    • Applications: Medical consumables for cardiovascular treatments.
  1. Sodium Alginate Salt
    • Company: Karo Green Bio-Technologists, established in 2023 to produce alginate salts for food and cosmetic industries, currently manufacturing sodium alginate with a patented production process under knowledge-based certification.
    • Product: Sodium Alginate, a linear polysaccharide used as a thickener, stabilizer, and texturizer due to its high viscosity and hydrophilic properties, enhancing texture and moisture in materials. It’s vital for drug delivery and wound healing.
    • Applications: Food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and medical equipment industries.
  1. CPR & ACLS Simulator with XR and AI Technology
    • Company: Aras Mixed Reality (SimuMed AI), a knowledge-based firm active since 2019 in designing advanced medical simulators using XR and AI, contributing to medical education in areas like resuscitation and rehabilitation, with products used domestically and internationally.
    • Product: A CPR, ACLS, and accident scene management simulator using AI and extended reality (XR), offering realistic training and skill assessment aligned with AHA and ERC guidelines. It provides detailed parameter analysis and diverse scenarios for comprehensive learning.
    • Applications: Medical training and assessment, continuous education, public training, and emergency specialized training.

These unveilings highlight Iran’s strides in knowledge-based innovation, addressing critical local and global challenges across diverse industries
