At INOTEX 2025, the Elite Technology Development Center, located in Pardis Technology Park, plays a pivotal role in supporting creative minds and entrepreneurs to navigate the challenging path of growth and commercialization. The center operates under the supervision of the Iranian presidency and provides state-backed assistance.

The center has a structured 22-stage growth process, starting with expert evaluations of applicants’ ideas or products based on market potential, quality, and managerial capabilities. Accepted participants then embark on the “growth path,” where they gain essential entrepreneurial skills, from insurance and financial matters to management and business development training.

At the end of this journey, applicants present their business plans and financial proposals to a panel of judges. If three out of four judges approve, they officially join the incubator center and receive substantial support for their ventures.
