More Than 100,000 People Visit INOTEX 2023

Referring to holding 20 events on the sidelines of the exhibition, the secretary of INOTEX Sajjad Abbasi Fashami said that over 100,000 people visited INOTEX 2023.

Abbasi Fashami said that the event hosted 450 participants from the innovation and technology ecosystem of the country, including startups and knowledge-based companies, accelerators, technology growth centers, science and technology parks, organizers of entrepreneurial events, etc. from Iran, Russia, Pakistan, and Turkey.

In addition to the technologists from Turkey and Pakistan, 20 Russian technological companies participated in INOTEX 2023.

He also referred to holding competition between more than 400 startups in the form of the INOTEX Pitch and holding 416 meetings in Investment Cafe and signing more than 55 MoUs worth 2,780 billion Rials with the efforts of technology brokers in B2B meetings.

In the INOTEX stage, 80 speakers presented their opinions in various fields of technology, he noted.

40 speeches at the Governance Forum, 50 speeches at the Future Station, 26 speeches at the first round of the Finotex, and 24 speeches at the Gino were among other important events in INOTEX 2023, Abbasi Fashami said.

INOTEX 2023 hosted 5 reverse pitch events in the fields of home appliances, medical equipment, general innovations, oil and gas, and food industries, he said adding that after providing technological needs in various fields, more than 30 agreements worth over 1,230 billion Rials were signed for technology transfer.
