Pardis Technology Park, Petróleos De Venezuela Sign MOU

The MoU was signed by the head of Business Development Center Milad Sadrkhanloo and Head of Petróleos de Venezuela Asdrúbal Chávez.

During the presence of the Pardis Technology Park delegation in Venezuela and considering participation of more than 10 companies active in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry in Pardis Technology Park, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Pardis Technology Park and Petróleos de Venezuela, Sadrkhanloo said.

He added that Petróleos de Venezuela is the exclusive representative of the Venezuelan government in the exploration, processing, production, and commercialization of oil and oil products, including transportation and distribution.

Petróleos de Venezuela intends to develop comprehensive cooperation with Pardis Technology Park as one of the influential actors in Iran's technology and innovation ecosystem and to jointly implement oil and gas projects in Venezuela based on balanced interests, he noted.

The main objective of the MoU is to provide services and to supply equipment for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries in Venezuela by Pardis Technology Park companies

He stated that 17 priorities have been identified and included in the relevant memorandum.
