Tech Momentum at IIID: New Generation of Innovators Emerges

President of the Elite Technology Development Center at Pardis Technology Park announced that 24 startups have been accepted into the center after a competitive selection process involving over 100 applicants from diverse technology sectors.

Marking the 22nd membership call in 2025, the Elite Technology Development Center at the Iran International Innovation District (IIID) received more than 100 applications from sectors including advanced machinery, medical equipment, electrical hardware, laser and photonics, and ICT software. This high level of interest reflects the dynamic nature of Iran’s innovation ecosystem and the vital role incubator centers play in supporting technology elites and pioneering ideas.

Following an initial review, 35 teams entered the two-month “Path Preparation Program,” featuring 16 specialized training workshops, experience-sharing events, and tailored mentoring services to enhance the capabilities of young innovators.

During the final evaluation day, shortlisted teams presented their business ideas to expert judges. Based on comprehensive assessments, 24 technology-driven startups were granted membership to the Elite Technology Development Center.

The President emphasized that the center, as one of IIID’s strategic arms, is committed to inspiring Iran’s innovation community and facilitating the commercialization of advanced technological concepts, aiming to turn successful startups into leading national and international companies.
