Validation of Accelerators and Co-Working Spaces in PTP Innovation Acceleration Center

Head of the Innovation Acceleration Center of Pardis Technology Park Mahdi Azimian reviewed the instructions for supporting the activity and validation of accelerators, co-working spaces and entrepreneurship centers.

The 9-year experience of the Innovation Acceleration Center was used in compiling these instructions, and the use of accelerators and co-working spaces is subject to the support of the vice presidency for science and technology, as well as receiving the approval of knowledge-based, he added.

One-year activity of accelerator or completion of an acceleration period, suitable infrastructure for the activity, including the size of the space and the quality of services, providing a detailed 3-year accelerated program, having four business and technical mentors, are among the indicators for granting a qualification certificate, he said.

Having a suitable space, location and access, sufficient equipment to provide service and a minimum area of ​​400 meters are among indicators of validating co-working spaces.
