• Ownership (Ready-Made Units): Independent, ready-to-occupy commercial units, developed in strategic partnership with the private sector, are available for immediate purchase by financially robust tech firms.
• Leasing: Ideal for scaling knowledge-based companies requiring flexible, cost-effective space without the need for independent buildings. Options include units in the Saraj Tech Center (50–120 sqm, max 3-year terms, optimized density of 1 person per 10 sqm) or leased spaces within larger member facilities.

Tailored for early-stage startups in Tehran seeking dynamic, synergistic environments with seamless public transit connectivity. Primary locations include the Azadi Innovation Factory and HiVE, offering plug-and-play environments for rapid prototyping and team building.

4. Global Diaspora Talent Hub
Recognizing the immense value of non-resident Iranian experts, the IIID offers a priority fast-track onboarding process.
