120 Foreign Delegations from 20 Countries Join Iran Health 2025, Announces Fund CEO

Tehran, Iran - The CEO of the Non-Governmental Research and Technology Fund for Commercialization and Medicine revealed that 120 commercial delegations from 20 countries are participating in the 26th Iran Health Exhibition, with over 1,000 B2B meetings expected.

On June 9, 2025, Hossein Salmani, CEO of the Non-Governmental Research and Technology Fund for Commercialization and Medicine, announced during the 26th Iran Health Exhibition at the Tehran International Exhibition Center that the event has attracted 120 commercial delegations from 20 countries worldwide. He noted that the fund is managing the international section of the exhibition this year, building on last year’s successes.

Salmani highlighted that over 500 Iranian companies have registered via IranHealthOnline.com to participate in business-to-business (B2B) meetings, predicting that the total number of such sessions will exceed 1,000 by the end of the third day. Iranian companies select corresponding foreign counterparts through the exhibition platform and hold pre-scheduled negotiation sessions aimed at securing cooperation agreements, exports, imports, or joint investments.

Participants include companies from Germany, South Korea, Brazil, Afghanistan, Iraq, and several other nations. While the details of these negotiations remain confidential, Salmani mentioned that further information will be gathered via the “Iran-Star” system and shared through media channels at later stages. He emphasized that most discussions focus on medical equipment and specialized pharmaceuticals, expressing hope that the exhibition will enhance export opportunities and international technological interactions for Iranian knowledge-based companies. The B2B sessions will continue until June 10, 2025, the final day of the exhibition.
