1st Nat’l Artificial Intelligence and Iot Confab Held At INOTEX

The first national conference of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things was held at INOTEX 2024 organized by the Islamic Azad University, Faculty of Science and Technology.

Chancellor of Islamic Azad University Pardis Branch Hossein Asghari Shivaie and Head of the national conference of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things were among lecturers of the event.

Since 2020, Iran has witnessed a very good growth in this field, and this threefold growth has set a clear vision for the future, and currently we are ranking 19th in the world, Asghari Shivaie said.

Artificial intelligence and Internet of Things in water, environment and energy, in industrial automation, in agriculture and industry, in technology law, in human sciences, in health, digital economy, and smart city and robotics are among the topics of this conference, he added.

This conference is aimed at creating a specialized platform for the exchange of information, experiences and research achievements in the fields of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, he noted.

More than 7,000 articles have been published from Iran in this field, and Tehran University is in first place with 800 articles and Amir Kabir University is ranking third with 580 articles published.

This conference is a good opportunity to exchange knowledge in the field of promoting technologies related to artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, expanding research collaborations between industry and universities, examining the effects and applications of artificial intelligence in the Internet of Things, and creating a good opportunity to analyze the latest achievements, issues and perspectives, he added.

The first national conference of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things tries to examine how to integrate these two fields and create new opportunities for improving intelligent systems and information management and promote the positive interaction, Asghari Shivaie said.

By presenting achievements, new research and successful experiences in the fields of artificial intelligence and Internet of Things, this conference acts as a communication platform for industry experts and researchers and plays an important role in promoting innovation and creating advanced solutions to improve the performance of industries.
