2Nd Joint Committee of Pardis Technology Park & Nicaraguan Council of Science & Technology Held

Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Campus Technology Park and the Nicaraguan National Science and Technology Council and the holding of the first meeting of the Joint Cooperation Committee between the two organizations, the second meeting of the Committee was held to follow up on the agreements reached.

The 2^nd joint committee of Pardis Technology Park & Nicaraguan Council of Science and Technology was held after signing the MoU.

The event was held in the presence of the President of Pardis Technology Park Mahdi Saffari Nia, Iranian Ambassador to Nicaragua Salehi, and Nicaraguan Ambassador to Iran Isaac Lenin Bravo Jaen and Executive Secretary of Nicaraguan Council of Science and Technology Maria Eunises Rivas Robleto Representatives of Agricultural Research Education and Extension Organization (AREEO), Ministry of Information and Communications Technology, Pasteur Institute of Iran and deputy Minister of Household Economy, Communities, Cooperatives and Guilds of Nicaragua, Nicaraguan Institute of Telecommunications and Postal Services (TELCOR) and the National Council of Universities (CNU).

Participants reviewed the progress of the proposed projects and decided to form three different executive working groups to accelerate the affairs to advance the goals.

The Ambassador of Nicaragua in Tehran emphasized the Supreme Leader's emphasis on reinforcing cooperation with Latin American states and Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega focus on cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
