Expert Analysis on Organizational Future in the Age of Artificial Intelligence at INOTEX 2025
AI Transforms Global Industry: No Longer a Competitive Edge but a Necessity

At the “Future of Organizations in the AI Era” stage of INOTEX 2025 on April 30, 2025, a business consultant emphasized that AI is no longer a competitive advantage but an essential infrastructure, warning that organizations failing to adopt it will fall behind in the global race.
During a speech at the INOTEX 2025 stage event titled “Future of Organizations in the AI Era,” Mohammad Hossein Vaghaf, a business consultant, discussed the profound transformations driven by artificial intelligence (AI) across industries. He noted that with AI’s advancement, middle management levels in organizations are likely to be eliminated, while lower levels will elevate themselves.
Vaghaf highlighted a significant shift in technology: it is becoming adaptive, improving itself over time through learning. He provided real-world examples of AI applications in major companies. For instance, Mars has utilized AI tools in its supply chain and distribution processes, increasing transportation efficiency by about 15% and customer satisfaction by 2%. Similarly, Zymergen has accelerated biomaterial development by up to 50% with AI. At MIT, a biomaterial has been designed entirely without human intervention, showcasing environmental friendliness.
He further noted that Microsoft, with 300 data centers worldwide, has enhanced decision-making speed by 80% through cloud-based supply chain and decision-making systems. These transformations represent significant figures for the industry and create unprecedented opportunities.
However, Vaghaf also cautioned about AI’s challenges, pointing out that 40% of AI models still exhibit bias, and over 60% of organizations are concerned about data confidentiality. He stressed the need for stronger ethical frameworks to address these issues.
He emphasized the ongoing need for extensive training, stating that both teams and systems must continuously learn. Vaghaf argued that AI is no longer a competitive advantage, comparing it to electricity—having it isn’t a unique benefit, but lacking it puts a company at a disadvantage. Organizations that fail to adopt AI will be left behind in the competitive landscape.
He clarified that AI does not replace humans; rather, individuals skilled in using AI will replace those who are not. Vaghaf advocated for a gradual entry into this field, suggesting that companies with strong brands like Amazon can leap ahead with AI. Other businesses should start with small processes, formalize AI within their teams, invest in training, and strive for synergy to stay competitive.
