Partnership Unveiled to Support Building Management Platform
BuildsUp Invests 70 Billion IRR in “Hamsadeha” Startup at INOTEX 2025

On the third day of INOTEX 2025, held on April 30, 2025, BuildsUp, an innovation and investment entity, signed a 70 billion IRR support contract with Hamsadeha, a comprehensive building management platform by a startup at Pardis Technology Park’s Elite Technology Incubation Center.
During the third day of the 14th International Innovation and Technology Exhibition (INOTEX 2025), a significant agreement was unveiled at the INOTEX Media Hub. The contract, worth 70 billion IRR, was signed between BuildsUp (a collaborative entity with Kayson, Shenasa, and TrigUp) and Hamsadeha, a startup under the Elite Technology Incubation Center at Pardis Technology Park, developed by Hamrah Dadeh Electronic Commerce Company.
Dr. Boroujerdi, Director of BuildsUp Innovation and Construction Engineering Center, spoke at the ceremony, reflecting on last year’s INOTEX where the partnership between Kayson, Shenasa, and TrigUp was announced. He expressed satisfaction with the extensive activities undertaken over the past year to support emerging teams and startups. He noted that initial agreements with Hamsadeha were reached at the end of last year, and within the past month, intensive negotiations swiftly concluded, culminating in this successful collaboration during INOTEX 2025.
Boroujerdi highlighted BuildsUp’s efforts over the past year, including hosting national and provincial events and supporting 10 startups in fields such as architecture, innovative construction technologies, robotics, smart energy monitoring, and intelligent real estate assistance. He described the connection with Shenasa, Kayson, and TrigUp as a valuable opportunity to leverage startup growth capabilities and bridge ties with industry and market needs. BuildsUp has also established close ties with top universities and provincial parks, recently initiating startup studio collaborations with the Civil and Environmental Engineering Faculty at Amirkabir University of Technology.
Engineer Estadi, CEO of Hamrah Dadeh Electronic Commerce and founder of Hamsadeha, explained that the platform was born from the idea of addressing building management challenges. Developed at the Pardis Elite Technology Incubation Center, Hamsadeha gained BuildsUp’s approval for collaboration late last year. The software offers a comprehensive solution with smart processes and IoT integration, simplifying building operations like charge management and technical services.
Engineer Mousavi, BuildsUp’s Investment Manager, detailed their support model for startups across various stages, including acceleration phases (zero, one, and two) and investment phases (Micro VC and VC). In the initial acceleration phase, up to 1.5 billion IRR is allocated for emerging teams, with potential doubling in later phases and further venture capital support for mature teams. For Hamsadeha, the first phase involves 70 billion IRR, with the possibility of doubling based on the startup’s success. Mousavi emphasized BuildsUp’s comprehensive support chain to foster growth within the ecosystem.
Responding to a journalist’s question, Estadi praised BuildsUp’s agility, noting that the intricate evaluation and contractual processes were completed in just one month, with BuildsUp experts working even during New Year holidays to expedite progress. Dr. Boroujerdi, addressing why BuildsUp focuses on the construction sector, explained that it is a key economic driver in Iran, yet underutilizes modern technologies, making innovation in this field critically necessary. Mousavi added that technologists can access BuildsUp’s opportunities via their website (www.Builds-up.com) and other online networks to submit ideas or startups for consideration.
