IIID Reports Record Growth, Unveils 8 Strategic Products at 24th Annual Congress

During the 24th Annual Congress of the Iran International Innovation District (IIID), Pardis Technology Park (PTP) President Mehdi Safarinia emphasized that the nation's technological capacity has evolved beyond mere economic growth into a critical pillar for national resilience and security.

Key operational metrics and strategic milestones highlighted in the 1404 performance report include:

• Economic & Employment Records: Total revenue across the PTP ecosystem reached 1,250 trillion IRR, while direct employment hit a record 13,171 individuals.
• Innovation & Exports: The product portfolio expanded to 3,365 items (including 110 newly launched products), and 40 products were exported to 37 countries.
• Investment & Knowledge-Based Growth: Companies invested over 100 trillion IRR in infrastructure, and 217 firms secured official knowledge-based certifications.
• Tax Exemptions & Graduations: 137 companies benefited from corporate tax exemptions, and 6 incubator startups successfully graduated to independent operations.

The congress also unveiled 8 strategic products, manufactured domestically for the first time, spanning critical sectors:

• Atraten 10mg (Sana Pharmed): A specialized anti-leukemia drug for acute promyelocytic leukemia.
• Smart Ultrasound System (Tan Asa Teb Novin): AI-powered imaging for early breast cancer detection.
• AI Blood Pressure Monitor (Jahan Ghalb Azmoon): Non-invasive cardiovascular monitoring using PPG and ECG technologies.
• Mazohil (Kavosh Mazdaro): A veterinary biotech solution for rapid wound healing and antibiotic resistance control.
• Magnetic Centrifugal Pump (Iranian Banazh): A seal-less pump for safe transfer of corrosive fluids in petrochemicals.
• 5kW Dual-Channel FM Transmitter (Fara-Afarand): Liquid-cooled transmitter for simultaneous dual-channel metropolitan broadcasting.
• Calci-meter (MAPSA): A device for carbonate analysis and drilling mud logging in the oil and mining sectors.
• Multiphase Flow Simulator (MAPSA): Software to optimize flow in oil and gas wells and pipelines.

Furthermore, top-performing entities were recognized across 10 specialized categories:

• Overall Top Tech Unit: Datinn (1,900 employees, 17 trillion IRR investment).
• Tech Development & Innovation: Cavendish System Engineering (9 high-tech products).
• Economic Development: Hossin Gostar Pardis (7-fold revenue growth).
• Export Growth: Rozitan (7 million euros in exports to 15 countries).
• Organizational Development: Tavan Pajouhan Pasargad (20% staff growth).
• Top Incubator Company: Novayan Energy Bord Kian Qeshm (waste-to-energy gasification, 8-fold revenue growth).
• Top Branch Company: Roshana Pharmaceutical (960 billion IRR revenue, 7-fold staff growth).
• Top Specialized Services: New Technologies Development Fund (170 trillion IRR in financial services).
• Top Collaborating Organization: Plan and Budget Organization (doubled regional power capacity, saving 10 trillion IRR).
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): A coalition of 18 companies—including Setareh Derakhshan Hamrah Kish, Bonyan Salamat Kasra, Fanap, Fanavari Hamrah Peyda, Tosan Tajhiz, Faratrip Pouya, Kani Kavan Shargh, Pasargad Electronic Payment, Par Sanat Sooud, Iranian Banazh, Nousa, Novid Simorgh, Darlan Darou, Faran, Pajouhesh Gostar Mahdi, Datinn, Aria Teb Firooz, and Rahbord Negar Amitis—collectively contributed 350 billion IRR to support underprivileged students, the Iran Autism Charity, and patients with rare diseases.

Concluding the congress, PTP and the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance signed an MoU to establish specialized branches for creative industries, initially focusing on video games, animation, and digital content, leveraging national foundations to facilitate investment and export corridors.
