Indigenization of Catalysts Used in Gasoline Production

One of the knowledge-based companies in Pardis Technology Park has taken an effective step in the self-sufficiency of banned products by indigenizing technological products and catalysts needed by industries.

This company is active in the production of catalysts and nanostructured materials, which has started its activity since 1389, CEO of the company Hamzeh Kazerooni said.

The company's mission is to join high-level technologies in nanotechnology, he added.

Most of the products and technologies developed in this knowledge-based company are available to a few limited companies in the world, which have been indigenized by its specialists, he stated.

As an example, in the field of catalysts, this company has worked on naphtha reforming catalysts, which are used in the production of gasoline, Kazerooni said.

He also referred to diesel fuel nano additive, which is one of the latest fuel additive technologies and has been owned by an American company that has been indigenized.

He pointed to production based on ODH technology, which was created for the first time in the world by this company.
