MoU Signed at INOTEX 2025: Iranian Company Partners with Uzbekistan’s Innovation Development Agency in ICT Infrastructure

On May 1, 2025, during INOTEX 2025, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Sina San’at Middle East Company and Uzbekistan’s Innovation Development Agency to foster cooperation in the development of ICT infrastructure.
On the fourth and final day of the INOTEX 2025 technology exhibition, an MoU was signed at the international pavilion between Sina San’at Middle East Company (STME) from Iran and Uzbekistan’s Innovation Development Agency, focusing on the development of ICT infrastructure.
Abbasnejad, the legal representative of Sina San’at Middle East, elaborated on the details of the agreement in an interview with INOTEX 2025 reporters. He stated, “This MoU encompasses collaboration in technical areas, consultancy, and brainstorming sessions to develop infrastructure and interactions in the ICT sector, as well as the establishment of advanced ICT systems in Uzbekistan. We anticipate tangible progress resulting from this agreement within the one-year timeframe outlined in the MoU.”
Abbasnejad further noted that Sina San’at Middle East is one of the entities based at Pardis Technology Park and has been active in the ICT field for years. “STME specializes in designing and implementing comprehensive ICT projects and monitoring and control systems,” he explained.
He highlighted the company’s mission to enhance stability, safety, and security across various industries, adding, “Through these services in the Middle East region, Sina San’at Middle East contributes to improving infrastructure and increasing industrial productivity.”
