Pardis Tech Park Reports 1,250 Trillion IRR Revenue and Record Employment in 2025/2026

During the 24th Annual Congress of the Iran International Innovation District (IIID), officials released a comprehensive performance review of the park, its elite incubator, regional branches, and specialized service corridors. According to the IIID Public Relations Office, the ecosystem maintained robust growth despite macroeconomic challenges.

Key operational metrics and strategic highlights include:

• Revenue Generation: Total revenue across the PTP ecosystem exceeded 1,250 trillion IRR, driven primarily by the main park (1,226 trillion IRR), alongside significant contributions from branches and the specialized service corridor.
• Employment Growth: The ecosystem created a record 13,171 direct jobs, with the main park hosting 11,480 employees, branches employing 1,100, and the elite incubator supporting 391 personnel.
• Innovation and Exports: The park's portfolio reached 3,365 products, including 110 newly launched items. Furthermore, 27 companies exported 40 distinct products to 37 countries, preventing an estimated 1.9 million euros in capital outflow.
• Investment and Tax Incentives: Companies invested over 100 trillion IRR in infrastructure and equipment, allocating more than 10% of revenue to R&D. Additionally, 137 units benefited from 7,267 billion IRR in corporate tax exemptions, while 115 units secured payroll tax relief for 6,597 employees.

The report also noted that 217 companies within the ecosystem hold official knowledge-based certifications, and six incubator startups successfully graduated to independent operations, underscoring the park's effectiveness as a commercialization pipeline.
