Preventing Mines Accidents by Using Knowledge-Based Monitoring & Safety Monitoring Equipment
The CEO of Shayan Fanavaran Company, one of the members of Pardis Technology Park, referred to the company’s activities in the field of gas monitoring and monitoring equipment in underground mines, especially coal mines, said that these tools have been indigenized.
This equipment can prevent accidents in the underground coal mines, Shahed Shirin said.
Referring to the recent explosion of the Tabas mine he said that the company is the first one in the field of safety monitoring equipment in mines.
The permissible level of methane gas in the environment is %75, and a series of monitoring tools are needed to detect the gas.
Today, knowledge-based units have indigenized knowledge and mining equipment, he stated.
We have been cooperating with various bodies, including the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Mine, Iran Mine House, Iran Coal Association, Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation (IMIDRO), Iranian Mining Engineering Organization and various mines in Iran for almost five years, he said.
We have established negotiations in various coal-rich areas such as Tabas, Kerman, Semnan, Mazandaran and Golestan, he noted.
