Russian Official Stresses Importance of Science and Technology in Response to Geopolitical Issues

Addressing the opening ceremony of INOTEX 2023, Aide to Russian President for science and technology Fursenko Andrei underlined the importance of science and technology in responding to geopolitical issues.

He expressed hope that Russia will be able to share its successful achievements with Iran at this year's INOTEX exhibition.

The security of each individual and the entire country is one of the important indicators, he said.

Various issues affect the quality of life, for example, health and food security are of great importance, he added.

He also stressed preserving territorial integrity, saying that the international transportation and people communication should be provided.

Therefore, technological projects should not harm the environment, but should be clean, he stated.
