Mustafa (pbuh) Prize is a way to build a better world, he added.

Meanwhile, Omid C. Farokhzad said that the award represents cooperation in science and medicine to build a better world and should not have geographical boundaries because in the past, Islamic scientists from different parts of the world played an important role in the development of science.

I donate the financial part of the Mustafa Award to the Mustafa Foundation Science and Technology Foundation to establish a new award to honor young scientists, he stated.

In the meantime, Samia J. Khoury advised young scientists in two words to be firm and flexible.

One of the definitions of steadfastness is a quality that allows a person to do something despite difficulties or try to complete it, and flexibility can be defined as the ability to endure problems or quickly recover lost power in difficult situations, she said.

Ahmad Fauzi Ismail, for his part, said that Mustafa (pbuh) Prize is not a personal achievement, but it shows the efforts of a group, and support of a large number of prestigious people who have shaped the path of my academic activities.

The legacy of Muslim scientists from the golden age of Islamic civilization from the 8th to the 13th century AD, has left a lasting impact on fields of science and knowledge, including medicine, philosophy, mathematics and astronomy, to theology and literature, he added.
