Top 5 Technological Products Unveiled on First Day of INOTEX 2025

Tehran – On the opening day of the Iran International Innovation & Technology Exhibition (INOTEX) 2025, five of Iran’s top technological products were unveiled during the second edition of the INOTEX Pioneers Festival, in the presence of key officials.

The event, marking the second year of the INOTEX Pioneers Festival, featured a dedicated pavilion showcasing the country’s most advanced technological products. The unveiling ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including Ruhollah Motafakker Azad and Ruhollah Najabat, representatives from the Islamic Consultative Assembly, alongside ministers, vice-presidential aides, industry leaders, and product customers.

The five products introduced on the first day of the exhibition include:

1. Cryogenic and Thermal Foam Insulation (EPDM Elastomeric Foam)
2. Universal Zero Voltage Relay
3. Direct-Coupled Centrifuge Separator
4. Helicoflex Gasket (Spring-Loaded Metal Sealing Washer)
5. High-Pressure Lubrication Pump Box (Manzel Lubrication Pump)

Cryogenic and Thermal Foam Insulation
Developed by Sana Insulation Industrial Group, this indigenized product represents a new generation of thermal and cryogenic insulation with a wider temperature range and enhanced resistance to sunlight. It serves as an energy-efficient alternative to traditional insulation materials, widely applicable in construction, equipment, oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors. Its complex formulation and curing process require high precision in production.

Universal Zero Voltage Relay
Indigenized by the Shohratash Power Research and Innovation Center, this advanced synchronous switching relay is designed to prevent destructive transients during high-voltage equipment switching. With intelligent calculation of optimal connection timing and precise modeling, it mitigates network disruptions and damages. Its high accuracy and broad compatibility make it an ideal solution for safe and efficient switching in modern grids, with applications in power generation, oil, gas, petrochemical, and heavy industries.

Direct-Coupled Centrifuge Separator
Produced by Andisheh Sazan Salamat Parsian Company, this advanced industrial centrifuge is a continuous rotary device for separating mixture components without operator intervention. Previously monopolized by a few American companies, its domestic production offers benefits such as preventing capital outflow, customization, shorter delivery times, and competitive pricing. Applications extend to oil, gas, petrochemical, water and wastewater, agriculture, and rubber industries.
