Top Students in Noor Competition Praised

The closing ceremony of the 5^th round of the Noor student competition in commemoration of Abu Rayhan Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Biruni was held in Sureh Hall on Friday.

The event was held in the presence of member of Mustafa Prize board of directors Ebrahim Haj Ebrahimi, advisor to Pakistan ambassador to Iran, executive director of Mustafa Prize Ali Omrani and secretary of Noor competition Hazem Faripoor.

Addressing the event, Faripoor said that the works introduced in this competition had high quality and good scientific content.

He added that 1,862 films have been sent to the competition secretariat, 100 of which have been selected in the general category.

He went on to say that 19 countries attended the event and Pakistan representative was selected.
