Abdolkarim Hosseinzadeh, Iran’s Vice President for Rural Development and Deprived Areas, visited the Iran International Innovation District (IIID) to review achievements of its member companies and pledged support for technological products that contribute to rural development.

On October 21, Hosseinzadeh toured IIID accompanied by Mansour Bijar, Governor of Sistan and Baluchestan Province; Mohammad Nabi Shahiki, Deputy Minister for Technology and Innovation at the Ministry of Science; and Hamidreza Janbaz, Deputy Minister for Human Resources, Research, and IT at the Ministry of Energy, along with other national and provincial officials.

Mahdi Safarinia, President of Pardis Technology Park, presented an overview of IIID’s activities and highlighted the role of member technology companies in advancing innovation-driven development.

Hosseinzadeh expressed his satisfaction with the visit, reaffirming the government’s commitment to supporting innovative projects, services, and products that enhance rural livelihoods and utilize rural capacities through modern technologies.

The tour included visits to IIID’s permanent exhibition of technological products, member knowledge-based companies, and development lands earmarked for future growth.
