Service Description
The foundational credential that unlocks the full suite of fiscal, operational, and strategic benefits for resident tech enterprises and incubator startups within the Iran International Innovation District (IIID). This license is the primary gateway to the ecosystem's exclusive privileges.

Required Documentation

• Active membership and physical settlement at Pardis Technology Park (PTP).
• Official gazette notice confirming the legal transfer of the company’s registered address to the park location.
• Formal, written license application letter.

Eligibility Restrictions
Applicants must be in good standing. Services are suspended for any entity with outstanding maintenance fees (service charges) or unfulfilled contractual/financial obligations to the park.

 

 

1. Required Documents for Submission to the Monitoring & Evaluation Directorate

• Submission of the original Technology License from the previous year (for renewal only)
• Official letter of introduction for the company representative, along with a valid ID card
• Payment of the issuance/renewal fee and submission of the deposit receipt

2. General Park Regulations

• Participation in the annual performance evaluation
• Payment of monthly service charges to the Urban Services Committee
• Compliance with contract-related regulations (refer to the Admission & Recruitment Directorate)
• Compliance with construction and architectural regulations (refer to guidelines published on the Park's website)
• Compliance with all other applicable regulations

3. Conditions Verification

It is understood that upon verification of the above conditions, the Technology License will be issued or renewed (for the period ending September 22 annually). Otherwise, in addition to the non-issuance of the Technology License (settlement permit), the company's access to settlement benefits and future cooperation with the Park will be adversely affected.
