A Contract Signed for Buying 3 Robots for Inspecting Tunnels of Electricity Transmission and Super Distribution Network

Tehran Regional Electric Company and Idekavan Sanat Pardis Company, one of the knowledge-based companies based in Pardis Technology Park signed a contract for equipping 3 electricity transmission and super distribution tunnels with robot inspector.

In addition to increasing the accuracy and quality of inspection, environmental risks for personnel are minimized by equipping these tunnels with mechanized inspection technology.

The underground tunnels through which the high-pressure cables pass play an important role in the power supply network and refining and monitoring the equipment is of great importance.

The quality of transmission and super distribution tunnels equipment maintenance will be increased by using this technology, and the damages caused by them will be reduced by preventing accidents.

This equipment is available to the electricity industry and other industries by using domestic technical power and at a price of one-fifth of the Chinese model.
