Deputy Prosecutor-General Tours Pardis Technology Park
Deputy prosecutor-general Gholam Abbas Torki visited Pardis Technology Park companies and was informed of their latest achievements and problems.
He urged all institutions to support knowledge-based companies and to remove the obstacles for these companies.
Knowledge-based companies can do two important tasks which are converting new ideas and connecting universities and industry, which leads to the production of new items.
He referred to developing knowledge-based companies, saying: There are still gaps in knowledge-based fields, and one of the country's challenges is selling raw materials and cession of mines.
Pointing to the environment, agriculture, water, and waste fields, he said: We do not have more than two outdated and non-modern urban waste incinerators, and the rest of the waste is disposed of in a traditional way, which has created serious risks for the environment.
Touching upon the field of data banks, customs, ports, and insurance, he said: these fields need to be made smarter, and the country's data banks should interact well with each other.
He described air pollution as a major challenge for metropolitan cities, especially Tehran, saying that their problems can be solved with the help of knowledge-based companies.
Torki stated that city management should use the capacities of knowledge-based companies to optimize their management in the field of construction safety and transportation.
He visited Fanap, Datin, and also Pardis Technology Park’s permanent exhibition.
