High-Level Foreign Ministry Delegation Visits Iran Health 2025 to Promote Medical Exports

Tehran, Iran - A senior delegation from Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs toured the 26th Iran Health Exhibition to explore domestic medical equipment capabilities and enhance international marketing for Iranian producers.

On June 10, 2025, a high-level delegation from Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, comprising several directors-general and ambassadors stationed in various countries, visited the 26th Iran Health Exhibition at the Tehran International Exhibition Center. The delegation inspected booths of companies producing medical equipment as part of ongoing efforts by the Ministry’s Economic Diplomacy Department to strengthen ties between foreign policy and economic resilience.

This visit aligns with the directives of the Seventh Development Plan and emphasizes the Supreme Leader’s call for the Ministry to play a more active role in economic and non-oil export initiatives. The objective is to identify domestic capabilities and bolster international marketing for Iranian manufacturers. It provided an opportunity for Iran’s ambassadors abroad to gain firsthand insight into the real potential of knowledge-based companies, enabling them to actively promote and market these producers during their diplomatic missions.

The delegation also visited the booths of medical equipment exporters, learning about technological advancements, export capacities, and international needs in this sector. They reiterated their commitment to providing comprehensive support to advance health-focused exports. The exhibition concluded on June 10, 2025, marking a significant step in leveraging diplomacy for economic growth in Iran’s health industry.
