Iran’s 1st Currency-Rial Crowdfunding Platform Unveiled

The country's first foreign currency-rial crowdfunding platform was unveiled in the presence of the Minister of Economy Ehsan Khandouzi, Head of Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran Majid Eshghi, CEO of Iran Fara Bourse Mohammad Ali Shirazi, deputy governor of Central Bank of Iran Mohammad Shirijian, President of Pardis Technology Park Mahdi Saffarinia, CEO of High Technology Development Fund Roohollah Miramini and other officials.

Novin Crowd, the result of coordination among economic institutions

The solution of the country's economic problems has always been unfinished due to the lack of coordination between various organizations, Ehsan Khandouzi said adding that an effective collective and inter-institutional will was formed in the formation of the Novin Crowd, which is unprecedented in its kind.

Meanwhile, Eshghi said that unveiling this platform increased the level of crowdfunding in the capital market from 25 billion tomans to 50 billion tomans.

Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran is always looking for the development of financing tools, and crowdfunding platform can definitely bring great achievements for the financing system and the country's economy, he added.

In the meantime, Shirazi said that we will lead investors to foreign exchange projects for the first time in the country.
