On the final day of the Research, Technology and Techmart Achievements Exhibition, a technology transfer agreement was signed between a HEPCO-affiliated industrial company and a knowledge-based enterprise active in mining machinery, facilitated by Iran National Techmart and attended by the Vice President for Innovation Development of Pardis Technology Park.

The agreement was signed during the closing day of the Research, Technology and Techmart Achievements Exhibition, with the presence of Mojtaba Jabarpour, Vice President for Innovation Development at Pardis Technology Park and Secretary of Iran National Techmart Council.

Facilitated by the Specialized Techmart for Mining and Mineral Industries of Iran, the agreement was concluded between HESCO, a subsidiary of HEPCO in the machinery manufacturing sector, and Part Yar Machine, a knowledge-based company specializing in mining machinery solutions.

The agreement aims to expand joint technological cooperation, including the production of 100 tons of various wear parts for road construction and mining machinery, as well as manufacturing critical components for heavy-duty equipment such as dump trucks, bulldozers, loaders, excavators, graders, and other mining and mineral industry machinery.

This cooperation is regarded as a strategic step toward ensuring a sustainable supply of key components, reducing dependency on imports, and increasing the level of domestic manufacturing for ultra-heavy mining and construction machinery. The initiative is expected to strengthen domestic production capabilities and enhance supply chain resilience across Iran’s mining sector.

Part Yar Machine is recognized as one of Iran’s capable knowledge-based companies, with a strong background in design, manufacturing, consulting, and research and development for large-scale industrial machinery, particularly in mining and mineral industries. Reverse engineering of strategic equipment and components stands out as one of the company’s core capabilities.

Iran’s Specialized Techmart for Mining and Mineral Industries plays a pivotal role by creating targeted connections between knowledge-based companies and major industrial players, facilitating technology transfer and commercialization—an impact clearly reflected in this agreement.

Iran National Techmart operates in line with the country’s comprehensive scientific roadmap and official mandates, with responsibility for developing, organizing, and coordinating regional and specialized techmarts nationwide.
