Tehran, May 9, 2025 – The 14th edition of the Iran International Innovation & Technology Exhibition (INOTEX) 2025 officially commenced with a speech by Sajjad Rajabi, the event’s Executive Secretary, who emphasized networking, collaboration, and investment as the core pillars of the exhibition, alongside hosting key events like the “Investment Cafe” for top teams and investors.

Sajjad Rajabi, Executive Secretary of INOTEX 2025, spoke at the opening ceremony of the event, expressing hope for positive outcomes in this edition. Reflecting on the achievements of Pardis Technology Park (PTP) over the past 24 years, he noted, “Today, we have 450 companies and thousands of personnel working at PTP, hailing from Iran and various parts of the world.”
Rajabi also announced last July’s resolution regarding the establishment of the Iran International Innovation District (IIID), adding, “Due to its unique position under the Vice Presidency for Scientific, Technological and Knowledge-Based Economy Affairs, PTP undertakes numerous national and international missions. These include the creation of the Iran National Techmart, the Innovation Acceleration Center, and the organization of INOTEX.”
Highlighting the increasing complexity of social systems, he stated, “INOTEX strives to foster a dynamic social system within the innovation and technology ecosystem, enhancing interactions among individuals, companies, and organizations.”
With 454 exhibitors participating in this edition, Rajabi pointed out, “All components of the innovation ecosystem are present at this event, from inventors and accelerators to knowledge-based companies, incubator centers, and large industries.”
He identified networking, collaboration, and investment expansion as the three main pillars of INOTEX. “In terms of networking, events like ‘Future Station,’ which offers a glimpse into the next decade of technology, ‘INOTEX Stage,’ addressing current business challenges, and the ‘Governance Forum,’ analyzing aspects of knowledge-based governance, are being held,” he explained.
Rajabi also introduced a new event for this edition, saying, “We aim to hear and learn from the authentic narratives of Iran’s second-generation entrepreneurs who have been active in business for over 50 years.”
On the investment front, he detailed, “The ‘Investment Cafe’ event features 30 top teams engaging in multiple sessions with 50 investors over the four days of the exhibition. These interactions will continue post-event to facilitate smoother investment pathways for the teams.”
He also mentioned the ‘Reverse Pitch’ event, focused on university research, with its final round scheduled for the fourth day of the exhibition. “For technological collaborations, events like the ‘Mentorship Pavilion’ and ‘Reverse Pitch’ are designed to connect large industries with knowledge-based companies,” Rajabi added.
In total, 24 events have been planned under the exhibition’s umbrella, with details accessible via the official INOTEX app. Rajabi urged participants to use the app to plan their attendance at the various events.
In conclusion, the Executive Secretary thanked over 30 entities active in Iran’s innovation ecosystem for their collaboration in organizing the event. “We hope INOTEX 2025 will be a standout event that plays a significant role in advancing Iran’s technology and innovation ecosystem,” he concluded.
