Programming Thrills Peak – Top Teams Crowned in Python and Golang at IIID
At the Iran International Innovation District (IIID), the 2025 Technology Olympiad’s programming competitions reached a new high, with exceptional performances in Python/Django and Golang challenges attracting both domestic and international audiences.
Mehdi Kordbacheh, executive manager of the Olympiad’s programming and AI contests, said the Python/Django event, held on the morning of October 27, 2025, ran for three hours and drew remarkable participation from teams and spectators. A notable feature was the presence of visitors for the first time, enhancing the excitement among competitors and contributing to a significant increase in the number of participating teams compared to last year.
In the Python/Django section, the top three teams were CodeC, Djangoro, and Pandora.
The Golang competition took place on the afternoon of the same day, lasting two and a half hours. It attracted visiting international participants from various countries who attended to familiarize themselves with the competition atmosphere and the venue hosting events scheduled for later in the week.
Foreign visitors engaged with competing teams and organizers, asking about competition procedures and receiving detailed responses.
In Golang, the top three teams were Snapbox, Failures, and Crazy Programmers.
