The official unveiling ceremony of subdivision property deeds for Pardis Technology Park was held in the presence of the Head of Iran’s State Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties—marking a milestone that, after years, clears the legal path for the growth of knowledge-based companies and investment attraction within the Iran International Innovation District (IIID).

The unveiling ceremony of official deeds for Pardis Technology Park was attended by Hassan Babaei, Head of the State Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties; Mehdi Saffari-Nia, President of Pardis Technology Park; and senior officials from Tehran Province’s registration departments and the Pardis New Town Development Company.

During the event, 157 cadastral subdivision deeds covering Phases 1 and 2 of Pardis Technology Park were prepared, with one deed symbolically presented. The transfer of these deeds to member companies resolves one of the park’s long-standing challenges by formally establishing property ownership rights.

Addressing the ceremony, Mehdi Saffari-Nia, President of Pardis Technology Park, referred to the park’s 24-year history, noting that while the first companies settled in Pardis in 2006, the absence of official deeds had previously created obstacles in accessing financing, expanding business activities, and entering capital markets.

He highlighted the effective cooperation with the Pardis New Town Registration Office, stating that issuing deeds for Phases 1 and 2 has laid a critical legal foundation for the sustainable development of knowledge-based enterprises.

Saffari-Nia also pointed to the government-approved establishment of the Iran International Innovation District in 2024, noting that more than 600 technology companies and innovation cores are currently active across this innovation ecosystem. He further emphasized readiness to continue cooperation with the registration authority, particularly in areas such as intellectual property services and digital transformation.

In a separate address, Hassan Babaei described Pardis Technology Park as a unique innovation hub in West Asia for nurturing knowledge-based elites. He reaffirmed the registration authority’s full support for rapidly and accurately resolving legal and registration matters faced by knowledge-based companies.

Babaei also proposed signing a Memorandum of Understanding with member companies to support the digital transformation of the registration system, leveraging advanced technologies developed within the park. He further announced the organization’s readiness to complete registration documentation for the entirety of Pardis Technology Park.
