Mehdi Shabani From Faran Company Ranked the First in IIID Cross Fit Competition
Mehdi Shabani from Faran Company, Reza Aslani from Pardis Technology Park, and Hassan Mortazavi from Iranian Banezh Company ranked first-third in the cross fit competition which was held on the occasion of Ten-Day Fajr (Dawn) in Iran International Innovation District.
The participants competed as a trailer time in carrying sledge, burpee jump, 15kg dumbbell, jump, Barfix Chin up Bar, barbell thruster, etc.
The compound cross fit competitions are a combination of gymnastics, running and weightlifting, with physical strength, concentration and breathing.
